Longarm Machine Quilting per square Yard
Freemotion ~ All over, edge-to-edge repeating pattern or meander. $15.00
Pantograph ~ Edge-to-Edge repeating pattern done in rows. $20.00
Pam's Choice ~ free-motion quilting, minimum two patterns including border design $25.00 sq. yd.
Custom ~ multiple pantograph patterns marked or free motion block-by-block design, marked pattern(s), or combinations $35.00 sq. yd.
Specialty Design ~ multiple block work, formal feathers, trapunto, fussy stipple (mock trapunto), or combinations starting at $45.00 sq. yd.

Machine Quilting Set Up Charge
No set up charge for quilts up to 1 square yard.
$20.00 set up charge for quilts over 1 square yard and less than 5.5 square yards.d
$25.00 set up charge for all quilts over 5.5 square yards
No set up charge for any size quilt with Custom or Specialty Design machine quilting.

Batting

Quilters Dream Cotton Select Natural - 93" wide 100% pure USA high grade cotton. Soft & drapeable, clean & consistent. No scrim, resins or binders. Mid loft. .35 per inch
Quilters Dream Cotton Request White - 46" wide 100% pure USA high grade cotton. Soft & drapeable, clean & consistent. No scrim, resins or binders. Thinnest Loft. .20 per inch
Quilters Dream Blend Natural - 121" wide 70% Cotton & 30% fine denier poly blended. Strong, stable, consistent, soft & drapeable. Mid loft. .35 per inch
Quilters Dream Poly Select Midnight Black - 60" wide 100% fine denier polyester microfibers. High wicking, soft, breathable fibers imitate natural fibers. Exceptional drap. No scrim, resins or binders. Mid loft. .18 per inch
Quilters Dream Angel Select Cream - 93" wide 100% flame retardant man-made fibers are inherently flame-retardant, have NO chemical additives. Finished quilt may be machine washed and dried. Flame retardant quality will not wash or rub off and will not fade off over time. .40 per inch
Thread Free Motion and Pantograph machine quilting includes one color standard thread. Pam's Choice, Custom, and Specialty Design machine quilting includes up to two colors standard thread. Additional colors or specialty threads may be added for extra charge. $1.25 per sq.yd. of machine quilting
Backing Customer provides fabric. Price is per piece of backing to be sewn together. $5.00 per piece
Hanging Sleeve Permanent or Removable 4" Hanging Sleeve applied to back of quilt. Priced per linear foot of sleeve. $5.00 per foot

Binding
Binding services include preparing binding from fabric provided by customer. Standard binding is 2 1/4" to 2 1/2" straight grain, french fold. Additional $5.00 per linear foot to prepare bias binding. Curved and irregular bound edges quoted separately.
Machine applied $0.10 per inch
Machine applied and machine finished $0.12 per inch
Machine applied and hand finished $0.25 per inch

Hand Quilting
$45.00 per hour. Estimate 1 hour/sq.yd. of quilt surface for simple, in-the-ditch quilting with quilting lines no less than 4" apart. Deposit required - 50% of estimated cost.

Custom Made Quilts
$45.00 per hour to complete quilt top. Pattern and fabric consultation will be included in price quoted. Customer provides fabric or I will shop fabric at $20.00 per hour plus cost of fabric. Customer to determine how quilt is to be finished, prices quoted separately. Deposit required - 50% of estimated cost to complete quilt top (not including cost of fabric).

Quilt Restoration, Repair and Completion
$50.00 per hour plus materials for repair, restoration and/or completion of a quilt, quilt top, or project. Separate charges apply if restoration/repair/completion requires machine quilting, hand quilting, or binding. Deposit required - 50% of estimated cost (not including materials). Quilts must be clean, free of insects, molds, or dust, and from a smoke-free environment.

Shipping and Insurance
$30.00 covers shipping within the United States and includes $300.00 insurance on finished quilt. Additional insurance is $.50 per $100.00. Fees for shipping outside of the United States will vary, please inquire.

Deposit & Minimum Charge
A deposit is required for all work requiring project be shipped to A La Carte Quilting. Minimum charge on any work order is $50.00
